“Simply To Go” is a comprehensive convenient meal solutions program targeted at customers that need a food fix in a hurry. The grab and go menu consists of specialty sandwiches, wraps, salads, desserts and yogurt parfaits.  Simply To Go items are available in Freddy’s C-Store on the First Floor of the University Center and in the lower lever Food Court.

Mein Bowl specializes in Chinese favorites with authentic flavor. Stop in for lunch, or grab dinner to go! At Mein Bowl it's easy to make choices, because you get up to three items for one low price

Mein Bowl is proud to offer Sushi by AFC.  Available in both the University Center Lower Level Retail, as well as Freddy’s C-Store on the First Floor.  Delicious and beautifully arranged sushi, such as California rolls, eel rolls and combination patters, will be featured. Options for vegetarians will include cream cheese sushi and the vegetable roll.

St Croix Grill : 
Introducing an all new menu this Fall! Featuring a 1/4lb Fresh Hamburger and Hand-Cut French Fries, both made-to-order. We also offer Burritto's, Burrito Bowls and Taco Salads with your choice of steak, chicken or guacamole on top of cilantro-lime rice, beans, and a variety of extras to choose from.

Sub Connection:
Create your own sub at the Sub Connection just the way you like it. Choose from a variety of styles of bread, meat, and toppings you like––made fresh to order. Now featuring a salad option!

Pete's Creek Market - Located on the Lower Level
We want you to feel like you are eating a home cooked meal. Pete's Creek Market will feature a Lunch option during the day that will include a rotating menu of a Protein, Starch, and Vegetable. At Dinner Pete's Creek Market will offer a Tex-Mex option. This location will offer transfer meals during its hours of operation.

Freddy’s Convenience Store
Freddy’s Convenience Store offers a limited line of best selling convenience store items for students on the go.  In addition we offer a great line of products to meet your needs: Simply To Go products like salads, sandwiches, fruit and veggie cups, and parfaits;  Freschetta Pizza and Deep Fried Cheese Curds are freshly prepared for you. For the health-conscious individual, Freddy’s offers natural and organic products as well.
